By accessing and using the website TexyTools (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with the "Last Updated" date being revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

TexyTools provides a collection of free-to-use online text manipulation, multimedia editing, developer, and AI-powered utilities (the "Tools"). The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We strive to ensure our Tools are accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee their suitability for any particular purpose.

A majority of our tools operate entirely on the client-side, meaning any data you input is processed within your browser and is never sent to our servers. Your use of such tools is private and secure by design. For a small subset of AI-powered tools, data is sent to a third-party API for processing, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. You are solely responsible for all content and data you process through our Tools. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Process any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload or generate content that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on TexyTools, including the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and the arrangement thereof, is the property of TexyTools and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The individual fonts, libraries, and frameworks used to build our Tools are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their licenses.

The output generated by you using our Tools (e.g., a QR code, a compressed image, stylized text) is your property. You are free to use it for personal or commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the underlying content you used to create the output does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TexyTools expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

6. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that TexyTools shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

  • The use or the inability to use the Service.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.
  • Any other matter relating to the Service.

Because our tools are client-side and we do not store your data, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data that occurs on your own device. It is your responsibility to save and back up any important work.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TexyTools, its affiliates, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to orating out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the principal operating business of TexyTools is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
